DTNE is a well known and reputable training organisation who provide a wide range of quality training and educational opportunities.

We work with around 650 learners, students and volunteers per year, providing a range of courses and programmes for 16 - 26 year olds.
Taking part in the Team Programme can help employees to grow in confidence, learn to communicate better and develop leadership and management skills. Skills developed on Team are transferable back into the workplace. A recent survey of HM Revenue & Customs employees who took part in Team, and their managers, revealed:

• Over 97% of participants and 94% of their managers reported that they developed all their competencies to some degree as a result of their participation.

• Line managers reported that 91% of Team programme participants were now more effective in the workplace.

One my highlights was jumping off a waterfall! bearing in mind I am scared of both heights and water, I really had to push myself to jump! But once again the team were all lovely and supported me, I felt a great sense of achievement after the jump, I thought to myself if I can try this I can try anything.
